As a courtesy, please give me a FULL 48 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your appointment time will result in a 50% service charge. All day of no show/cancellation appointments will be charged for 100% of the service & will not be able to rebook without a credit card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I unfortunately will not be able to accommodate you, and that will result in being charged the cancellation fee. It is unfair for other clients who come on time, and have to wait for me to catch up. I appreciate and value all of my clients time. Thank you for your continued support. Xoxo Brittany
